Healthcare workers killed in three-vehicle western Victoria crash
Shuai 'Michael' Zheng, 38, and Angela Wang, 31, died in a three-vehicle crash on Sunday near Ledcourt.
The couple were travelling in an MG ZS when it collided with a Mitsubishi Triton and a truck on the Western Highway about 6.45pm on Sunday. Both died at the scene.
A 14-year-old passenger in the Mitsubishi was also killed. Shuai 'Michael' Zheng was a manager at Horsham Dental Group; Wang was a nurse at Grampians Health in Horsham and Dimboola.
The crash came eight days after they marked five years of marriage. Friends said the pair had recently been granted permanent residency and were planning to build a home in Ballarat and start a family.
The Major Collision Investigation Unit is investigating the circumstances.
