Shell Cove's Portella tower opens sales with 88 apartments under construction
Portella, a harbourside apartment building with 88 units, is under construction at Shell Cove and already 65 per cent sold.
Construction has begun on Portella, an 88-apartment tower at Shell Cove near the marina and town centre. More than 65 per cent of the building is already sold, including the two- and three-bedroom penthouses and all of the one-bedroom apartments.
Bulk excavation is underway with basement removal nearly complete and ground anchors being installed. The building will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments plus a rooftop pool and terrace overlooking the marina and beach.
Two-bedroom apartments range from 1.05 to 1.415 million dollars. Three-bedroom apartments range from 1.63 to 2.105 million dollars.
The project is expected to finish in 2028.
