Canberra House listed for $50m as office market rebounds
Canberra House is being marketed for over $50 million with a new ground-floor food and drink hub.
Canberra House at 40 Marcus Clarke Street is on the market for more than $50 million. The building was upgraded to a 4.5-star energy rating.
The ground floor became No Name Lane, a food and drink zone with a banh mi restaurant and wholefood cafe. All precinct space is occupied and about 70 per cent of office space is let.
The market is improving after $320 million in commercial property transacted in 2025.
