Gunshot fired into West Wodonga house with residents inside, no injuries
Police believe a gunshot fired into a Condamine Street home in West Wodonga on September 17 was a targeted attack.
A bullet was fired into a house on Condamine Street in West Wodonga on Thursday night around 8pm. Detectives believe it was a targeted attack.
The house is linked to a man involved in earlier drive-by shootings in the area. Police had previously found the same man hiding in a roof cavity at the property in May.
Residents were inside the home but nobody was injured. A crime scene has been established.
Detectives are conducting extensive door-knock inquiries in the neighbourhood. Multiple security cameras nearby, including at the targeted house, may provide evidence.
One neighbour mistook the gunshot for a car backfiring.
