A five-bedroom Thirroul home designed by Nadine K sold for approximately $3.2 million after being on the market since late March.
The home at 13 Palm Grove, Thirroul sold to a family from Stanwell Park for very close to the $3.2 million asking price. The five-bedroom property features vaulted ceilings, a sculptural stairwell, a handcrafted stone fireplace, resort-style pool, and split-level design with a lofted space suitable for cinema or office.
Built by Illawarra-based designer Nadine K, it sat on the market for about five months before the sellers achieved their target. Agent Vanessa Denison-Pender said the buyers were attracted to the designer provenance and fixed-price certainty.
Thirroul's median house value sits at $1.83 million, making this a premium sale within the broader market.
