Amazon blocks Meta's Muse over shopping data control
Amazon banned Meta's Muse AI agent from its platform. The company cited security and customer data concerns.
The Muse agent reached number one in free app downloads less than two weeks after launch, but Amazon moved quickly to block it. The retailer said it did not allow the agent to access customer accounts, scrape data or process transactions.
