Young boy airlifted after serious lawn-mower injury
A young boy suffered a serious foot injury while mowing the lawn. He was airlifted from Mount Wilson, west of Sydney.
Emergency services rushed to Mount Wilson. The home was about 124 kilometres west of Sydney.
A young boy was seriously hurt while mowing the lawn with a parent around 8.30am on Thursday. A CareFlight helicopter arrived with a specialist doctor and NSW Ambulance paramedics to give critical care.
The boy was treated for a serious foot injury and then flown to The Children's Hospital at Westmead. He travelled to hospital with his father in a serious but stable condition.
