Three teenage girls charged after cross-border pursuit
Three teenage girls were arrested after a stolen sedan they were in led police on a pursuit across NSW and Victoria.
Police spotted a white sedan driving dangerously on Albury streets at 12:30am on Thursday. The occupants allegedly threw objects at a marked police vehicle.
Road spikes were deployed in NSW and Victoria as the car crossed the border. When the driver failed to stop, a pursuit began through Albury's CBD.
The sedan stopped at the intersection of David and Swift Street, where three girls were arrested: one aged 14 and two aged 15. The vehicle had been stolen from a business on Spencer Street, Albury, on Tuesday, 29 September.
