Demi Nash, 30, arrested and remanded after 160g methamphetamine found at venue.
Demi Nash, 30, was arrested on September 17. Nash appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court and was remanded in custody until December 4.
Nash was charged with trafficking a commercial quantity of methamphetamine. If proven, this crime carries up to 25 years in prison.
More than 160 grams of methamphetamine worth $80,000 was found by security officers. The drugs were in a water bottle at a licensed venue in Warrnambool on August 21 around 2:30am.
Two women were escorted from the venue by security. Hotel staff reviewed CCTV footage and helped police identify people of interest.
Nash did not apply for bail.
