A man was shot in the leg at a property on the NSW Central Coast in what police describe as a targeted attack, not random. The 39-year-old was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being airlifted to hospital.
The injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. NSW Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon said police are aware of the man's background and will investigate thoroughly.
