Fair Work found that flexibility arrangements didn't meet legal tests. A payroll error meant 22 staff missed penalty rates for early shifts.
Back-payments averaged $4,165, ranging from $2 to $38,760. The provider self-reported the issue and signed a compliance undertaking with Fair Work that includes independent audits.
