Court hears conflicting accounts of alleged Jones kiss
Three attendees at a sports function deny witnessing the alleged unwanted kiss the athlete described in court.
A well-known athlete told a Sydney court that retired broadcaster Alan Jones kissed him without consent at a sports function more than a decade ago. He froze and was shocked.
But three attendees testified they saw nothing untoward. One said he noticed no contact between Jones and the athlete.
Another said he would have noticed a kiss. A politician present also saw nothing inappropriate.
Jones, now 85, denies the incident and has pleaded not guilty.
