Teen charged with attempted murder after stabbing in Sydney park
A 17-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder after stabbing another teenager multiple times at a Sydney park toilet block.
A teenager was stabbed multiple times in the upper body at a toilet block in Beaman Park, Earlwood, on September 18 around 5.45pm. The injured teenager made his way down the street covered in blood and knocked on a neighbour's door pleading for help.
Ring camera footage shows him slumped against the doorstep asking residents to call an ambulance. Neighbours gave him towels and called triple-0.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested at Burwood Police Station on Friday and charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent to murder. He will appear before a children's court.
