Bella Pizza donates $1 per pizza to Hands Across Canberra from October 1 to 10.
Braddon's newest pizza restaurant Bella Pizza launched a campaign this week called One Pizza, One Dollar, One Difference. Every pizza sold during the long weekend helps Hands Across Canberra (HAC), a group that links local giving to charities and community groups.
HAC has helped more than 350 causes since 2013, including youth funds, disability services, and domestic violence support. Owner Sanjay Ghatani said small food businesses can make a real difference by engaging with the local area.
Bella Pizza uses 24-hour fermented sourdough bases and quality toppings.
