Fourth complainant testifies Alan Jones touched him without consent at Sydney
Fourth complainant testified to court that Jones touched him without consent several years ago at a Sydney function.
An executive told the court he was mingling with Jones and two others at a Sydney function when Jones placed his hand on his back and rested it on his bottom without permission. The complainant, called H, said he did not consent and felt powerless to react.
H worried about causing a scene. H later told his boss he felt disgusting and powerless and realised what women had been experiencing.
The man contacted investigative reporter Kate McClymont after reading her 2023 article on Jones. He eventually gave police a statement in 2024.
Jones, 85, faces 21 charges relating to five men over 17 years.
