Graham lands North Melbourne coaching job
Graham interviewed Saturday and was selected over three rival candidates for the Kangaroos job.
Jaymie Graham is set to be unveiled as North Melbourne's new senior coach this week after the club's selection panel settled on him as their preferred candidate. Graham interviewed exceptionally on Saturday, and the Roos are believed to have told the 43-year-old he is their man.
Board ratification is only the final step, considered a formality. Graham beat out three other candidates: David Hale, Daniel Giansiracusa and Xavier Clarke.
The former West Coast and Fremantle assistant has coached at St Kilda, East Perth and the Dockers, and ran close for the Essendon and Carlton roles before missing out to Mark McVeigh and Josh Fraser respectively.
