Hogan joins rare four-club AFL club
Hogan becomes the fourth player since 2000 to play for four AFL clubs after his trade to Collingwood.
Jesse Hogan has been traded to Collingwood from Greater Western Sydney in exchange for pick 75, cementing his place in an exclusive group. The forward played 100 games in six seasons at the Giants after earlier stints at Melbourne and Fremantle.
With this move, Hogan becomes just the 14th player in AFL history and only the fourth this century to play for four clubs. Tom Hickey, Jacob Townsend and Ben Hudson are the only members of the four-club since 2000.
Only 30 players across VFL and AFL history have ever achieved the feat, a rate that has slowed sharply over the past 25 years.
