Football South Coast names interim CEO after Marino departs
Bobby Mazevski appointed interim CEO of Football South Coast following Amanda Marino's troubled six-month tenure.
Bobby Mazevski will lead Football South Coast through the remainder of its season after Amanda Marino's departure just weeks before the regional body's Premier League grand finals. Mazevski has worked at FSC for 11 years and knows the Illawarra football community intimately.
Bobby Mazevski retired from refereeing in 2022 after 36 years on the whistle and previously served as president of the Wollongong Wolves. Mazevski's appointment comes during one of the busiest times of the football calendar, with junior and community grand finals completed and the men's and women's Premier League finals still to play.
The board said Mazevski's experience within the organisation will provide continuity for staff and clubs as it prepares for 2027.
