Cream Residential joins Ray White Canberra group
Ray White Canberra has bought Cream Residential. This adds 380 rental properties. It pushes assets under management beyond $3 billion.
Cream Residential is a family-owned Canberra agency founded in 1997. It joins Ray White Canberra from November 1.
Principal Chris Wilson has more than 35 years of industry experience. He is president of the Real Estate Institute of the ACT.
The deal adds around 380 rental properties to Ray White Canberra. It pushes the group's total assets under management beyond $3 billion.
Landlords and tenants will keep the same service during the change. Ray White says the move combines Cream's local knowledge with Ray White's national reach and technology.
