Newcastle opens historic City Hall for public tours celebrating 160 years of local government.

The centrepiece is the lord mayor's chamber. Visitors can try on a replica of the lord mayoral robes and chain.
Councillor Callum Pull pushed for public access. He said local government is closest to people.
