Man pleads guilty to sexually touching teenager with disability
Al-Mehdi Al-Sadek, 26, pleaded guilty to sexually touching a 19-year-old with intellectual disability without consent.
A 26-year-old Bankstown man pleaded guilty in Wollongong Local Court on October 7. He was charged with sexually touching a young woman without consent.
The woman was 19 and has an intellectual disability. Al-Mehdi Al-Sadek messaged her on the app Yubo and arranged to meet on 26 September 2025.
He took her to McDonald's and parked near the Wollongong lighthouse. He touched her without consent and exposed himself.
She moved away. Back at her home, Al-Sadek tried again and again to remove her pants.
She told him no multiple times and clung to her clothing. Police were notified and arrested Al-Sadek on 7 October 2025.
Sentencing is in December pending a psychological assessment.
