The Shire of Murray voted on September 24 to rezone Lot 110 Hampton Road in Pinjarra to R30 and R40. The rezoning allows a 47-lot residential subdivision to proceed after it was rejected in April under the old zoning.
Five lots fronting Hampton Road will be R40, and the rest R30. The council saw this as a good infill spot that matched the shire's vision for the area.
