Albion Park Oak Flats beat Shellharbour 18-12 in the preliminary final to reach the grand final.
Albion Park Oak Flats advanced to the grand final on Saturday despite a dominant first half giving way to a scoreless second half. The Eagles led 18-0 at halftime, with winger Dallas Harrison and five-eighth Leroy Murray each scoring two tries.
The Eagles should have scored 24 points but missed three conversions. A wind change in the second half shifted momentum.
The Eagles could not escape their own end as Shellharbour's Stingrays piled on pressure, scoring twice to narrow the gap to 18-12. Coach Josh White said the win was all that mattered.

The Eagles will now face defending premiers Kiama Knights next week.
