On May 20, Tara Dale Benson, 58, left several voicemail messages to her case manager at Albury Wodonga Health, threatening to burn his house down and destroy his wife and kids. The case manager had worked with Benson for 18 months and felt scared and fearful for his family's safety after hearing the messages.
Several centre staff recognized Benson's voice on the recordings. Benson faces an intimidation charge.
She appeared in Albury Local Court. She denied touching the victim but objected strongly to the charges.
