Carlton pursues Chris Fagan as coaching support for Fraser
Chris Fagan wants to return to Melbourne and Carlton is open to hiring him as support for first-year coach Josh Fraser.
Chris Fagan stepped down as Brisbane coach last week after three straight premierships. The 65-year-old and his wife want to move back to Victoria to be closer to family after ten years building the Lions into a powerhouse.
Carlton's football boss Chris Davies said the club would be open to what bringing Fagan on board might look like. Davies joked they would even trade a first-round pick if Fagan came on the market.
