Police appeal for witnesses after stabbing death south of Perth
A 44-year-old man was found with stab wounds in East Rockingham and died at hospital on Friday night.
Police found the man seriously injured at the intersection of Mandurah and Chesterfield Rds in East Rockingham about 7.30pm on Friday. The 44-year-old was rushed to Rockingham General Hospital, where he later died.
A car believed connected to the attack was found burnt out about 30 kilometres away on Pitman Rd in Byford. Detectives are searching for a blue Hyundai Getz seen driving erratically in the Rockingham and Byford areas.
Police are asking anyone with CCTV footage or dash-cam video to contact Crime Stoppers.
