Mother and grandchildren drown after Maine wedding tragedy

A wedding celebration in Maine turned to tragedy when a car carrying three people went into the water. Peter Grubb's mother, Sharon Bukulmez, was driving his two young children, Kinsley and Sawyer, back to their Airbnb after the ceremony when they left the venue around 8:30pm.
When they did not arrive, Grubb and family members searched through the night and called police. Using phone data, investigators traced the vehicle to water near a boat ramp in Roque Bluffs.
The car was found submerged the next morning. Investigators told Grubb his mother died trying to help the children escape.
An investigation into the cause is under way.
