Repeat drug driver Nathaniel Head banned for 12 months in Warrnambool
Head pleaded guilty after again failing to produce documents for his claimed medicinal cannabis prescription.
Nathaniel Head was caught driving impaired in Warrnambool again. Head's South Australian P-plate licence came with a good behaviour bond banning him from driving with alcohol, speed, MDMA or cannabis in his system.
At 8.52pm on February 19, Head drove his red Subaru into a police testing site on Raglan Parade. Head tested positive to cannabis.
Head again claimed to have a medicinal cannabis prescription, but brought no paperwork to prove it. The court had delayed the case so he could bring documents, but he brought none.
Magistrate Mark Stratmann proposed another delay, and Head pleaded guilty to drug driving. Head was convicted, fined $500 and banned from driving for 12 months as a repeat impaired driver.
