NAB's internet banking and mobile app went offline without warning. The outage also disabled NAB Connect, NAB Trade, NAB Broker, and JBWere wealth management.

No maintenance was scheduled, making this an unexpected failure. Customers experienced difficulties reaching customer service as the disruption spread across multiple digital channels.

The bank said staff are working to restore services as quickly as possible and apologised for the inconvenience.
