Three-year-old dies after being struck by car in Auburn

A three-year-old girl died at Westmead Hospital after being hit by a car in Auburn on Tuesday afternoon.

The child was struck by a car at about 2.05pm in the Sydney suburb of Auburn. The three-year-old girl was treated at the scene and taken to Westmead Hospital in critical condition.

She has since died. The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon at a residential location in western Sydney.
