Four Victorians extradited over alleged Sydney contract shooting attacks
Four Victorians have been extradited to NSW. The group, including a 16-year-old, faces charges over two alleged contract shooting attacks in Sydney on August 31.
Two men aged 22 and 23, a 26-year-old woman and a 16-year-old boy were arrested across Victoria on Thursday. They were extradited to NSW.
Police say the group travelled from Victoria to carry out the two shooting attacks. The first happened around 2:30am on August 31 at a Hurstville house.
Three people allegedly broke in and fired a gun into a wall. They then fled in a black sedan.
The second incident occurred around 3am on Reede Street in Turella. Multiple shots were fired at a parked car.
No one was hurt in either incident. The NSW organised crime squad took over the investigation.
The group is expected to be charged at Albury Police Station on Friday.
