Lamarre-Condon returned to crime scene hours after murders, court told

Footage captured the former officer at the alleged crime scene about 11pm on February 19, more than 12 hours after the shootings.

Beau Lamarre-Condon was captured on CCTV returning to the alleged crime scene about 11pm on February 19. The accused is seen in dark clothing outside Baird's Paddington terrace.

The footage was recorded hours after police allege he shot both men. A court heard both men's bodies were in surfboard bags in the courtyard at that time.

Earlier that day Lamarre-Condon hired a white van used to transport the bodies. He bought cleaning supplies and items from Bunnings for $146.40 in cash.

The former police officer has pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder.
