22-year-old dies after being struck by car in Perth
A 22-year-old died after being struck by a white Toyota Corolla in Perth's northern suburbs.
The crash happened on Tranquil Dr in Carramar about 1.50pm on Monday. The young man was taken to Royal Perth Hospital but died from his injuries.
Police say the Corolla was travelling northeast at the time. The 74-year-old male driver is currently assisting police with their investigation.
The incident came just hours after another fatal crash in nearby Tapping involving a young nurse.
