Wangaratta Rovers aim for third straight premiership in Ovens and Murray grand
The Wangaratta Rovers chase a third consecutive premiership against the Magpies in the Ovens and Murray Football League grand final on Sunday.
The biggest event on the regional sporting calendar kicks off Sunday at Lavington Sportsground when the Ovens and Murray Football Netball League crowns its 2026 champions. Netball A grade decider starts at 12:15pm.
Senior football grand final between Wangaratta Rovers and Wangaratta Magpies starts at 2:30pm as the Rovers bid for a hat-trick of premierships. Under 18 football begins at 9am and netball 15 and under at 8:45am.
Food trucks, bars and family fan zones operate throughout the day. Gates open at 7:30am.
Tickets cost $26 for adults, $15 concession, and under-12s free.
