Man facing three breach charges bailed to move to Mildura
Dylan Kelly, in his early 30s, faces three breach matters and will be bailed to move to Mildura.
Dylan Kelly, who already has two sets of bail for similar breaches, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court. He is now facing three separate matters.
On September 5, Kelly rushed through a front door and knocked a woman across a room using what police described as a hip and shoulder charge. On September 11, he attended a property where he was banned and damaged the front door.
The magistrate will bail him to live in Mildura.
