Man charged with murder appears in Tasmanian court
Dominic Alexander Carbonari, 42, faces murder charges over a 48-year-old man's death in Railton.
Carbonari appeared in Devonport Magistrates Court via video link from Risdon Prison on Friday. Police say emergency services arrived at a Railton home Wednesday morning after reports of an assault.
The man died later at Royal Hobart Hospital. Carbonari allegedly left the scene and was arrested nearby shortly after.
The case has been adjourned to October 26. He will remain in custody until then.
